Is your clinic open during holidays?

Yes, our clinic is open from 10AM – 3PM on all civic and statutory holidays. We are only closed on Christmas Day (25th December)

I do not have OHIP Coverage or a health card? Can I still come in to see a doctor?

Our clinic & services are open to everyone including travelers, visitors, new immigrants, refugees, Canadian citizens etc. Please keep in mind only COVID19 related phone calls can be attended without service charges. All non COVID19 related medical concerns will be charged privately (non OHIP fee supply)

 

If I have an urgent medical issue (not an emergency), how do I get in touch with you?

Please call our clinic to book a same-day appointment with your physician. In our efforts to limit the spread of COVID-19, our physicians are now providing medical care and assessment by telephone (most preferred) along with in-person visits.

 

How can I request my doctor to order specific tests like blood work, x-rays?

Please schedule an  phone call appointment with your physician to discuss more.

Can front staff help me with my medical information?

Our staff will help you with non-medical information and concerns. However, any questions related to your medication and health history must be directed to the physician. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause but this is to ensure the safety of all patients.

Can I renew a prescription without coming in for an appointment?

During the COVID-19 situation, prescriptions can be renewed over the phone.

How do I update my OHIP information or my contact details with the clinic?

You may call our office during working hours and provide up-to-date information.

What are the pharmacy hours and contact information?

Pharmacy hours are  Monday to Friday 9.30AM – 7PM and Saturday 9.30AM – 3PM. You can reach a pharmacy team member by calling (905)-273-5666.

Where can I get more information about COVID-19?

Please visit the website https://covid-19.ontario.ca to get the latest COVID-19 updates.

 

I have an emergency. Can I come to your clinic?

In an emergency, call your local Emergency Services at 9-1-1 or go to your nearest Emergency Department.

How do I reschedule or cancel an appointment?

Rescheduling and cancelling appointments must be done by calling and speaking to someone at the clinic. We cannot accept such requests through voicemail or email.

Can I ask for medical advice over the phone with a physician?

During COVID19 you can ask for medical advice over the phone with a physician. Call our clinic at 905-277-5454 to book a phone or virtual appointment.

Do you accept Refugee, Asylum, and IFH patients?

Yes (only in person). No virtual appointments allowed. Call us now to book an appointment.

Is there a No-Show Charge for sessions with the Educators?

Yes. There is a $30 fee for no-show. It has to be paid to book the next appointment.
